You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the Services.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Hven reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.

Hven provides a technology platform with two sides: tools for personal growth — self-growth activities and articles published by independent coaches, and AiA, an AI companion — and matchmaking that facilitates introductions, real-world dates, and event-based connections between users.

Certain features are deliberately gated: another member’s full profile, photos, and chat become available only after you have completed a date together. Meeting in person is the intended path of the Services; these gates are part of the product, not a defect.

Hven does not act as a dating agency, agent, representative, broker, employer, or guarantor for any user.

Hven does not select, assign, mandate, supervise, or control matches, dates, meetings, or interactions.

All interactions, communications, and meeting decisions are initiated voluntarily and agreed upon solely by users.

Growth content on Hven — including coach-published modules and articles, and anything AiA says — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Never disregard professional advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read or tried on Hven.

Coaches on Hven are independent providers, not employees, agents, or representatives of Hven. Hven reviews partner accounts before they can publish, but does not verify professional licensure and does not supervise, endorse, or guarantee any coach’s guidance or services.

If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis or thoughts of self-harm, contact local emergency services or a crisis line immediately — Hven and AiA are not crisis services.

Venues, experience hosts, and other businesses on Hven are independent third parties. When you book a table, join an experience, or order food and drinks during a date, that transaction is between you and the venue.

Hven is not a party to those transactions and is not responsible for a venue’s food, service, pricing, availability, licensing, or premises. Any consumer rights arising from a purchase are against the venue.

We review partners before they appear and remove those who violate our standards, but we do not guarantee any particular experience.

To protect the community, every member must complete selfie verification before meeting features become available.

Verification involves biometric processing described in our Privacy Policy and requires your separate, explicit consent.

You may decline or withdraw verification consent at any time, but features that depend on verification — including being introduced to and meeting other members — will be unavailable.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to share your account or allow others to access it.

You agree to use the Services in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner.

You may not engage in harassment, abuse, discrimination, threats, stalking, fraud, impersonation, solicitation, or any harmful or deceptive conduct.

You may not misuse the Services, scrape data, interfere with platform operations, or attempt unauthorized access.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, both online and offline.

You acknowledge and agree that Hven facilitates introductions and connections only and does not guarantee the identity, intentions, conduct, or behavior of other users.

You understand that communicating with or meeting other users, including during dates or events, involves inherent risks, including the risk of physical harm, emotional distress, harassment, or property damage.

You expressly acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own safety, decisions, and actions when using the Services and when interacting with other users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hven disclaims responsibility for the conduct of users and the outcomes of interactions, meetings, or events.

Hven does not conduct criminal-background checks or identity screening on its members beyond the verification described in these Terms, and does not verify statements members make about themselves.

Selfie verification confirms only that an account is operated by a live person whose face matches the profile photos. It is not proof of identity, character, intentions, or criminal history, and you must not rely on it as such.

You are solely responsible for evaluating other members before and during any interaction. Hven makes no representation or warranty as to the conduct, identity, or compatibility of any member.

Hven may provide optional safety tools, reporting features, verification options, or moderation measures to assist users in making informed decisions.

These features may include automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to detect potentially harmful behavior.

These features are provided for informational and risk-mitigation purposes only and do not eliminate risk or create any duty of care, supervision, or protection beyond what is required by law.

Reporting tools allow users to flag concerning behavior. Hven reviews reports at its discretion and may take action but does not guarantee any particular outcome or prevent all harmful behavior.

Hven is not an emergency service. If you believe you are in immediate danger or require urgent assistance, contact local emergency services immediately.

You retain ownership of content you submit through the Services.

By submitting content, you grant Hven a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to host, store, use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for the operation and promotion of the Services.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit.

Hven may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Hven may use automated systems and human review to enforce these Terms and Community Guidelines.

Automated systems may include artificial intelligence technologies used to analyze content and detect violations.

Hven reserves the right to take any enforcement action it deems appropriate, including warnings, suspensions, content removal, or permanent account termination.

Hven is not obligated to disclose details of its moderation or enforcement processes.

Certain features of the Services rely on artificial intelligence systems to generate matchmaking recommendations, compatibility insights, safety signals, and other functionality.

These systems may process user-provided content, profile information, preferences, and interactions when such features are used.

AI processing may be performed using OpenRouter, which routes requests to external model providers, including NVIDIA for Free AiA.

Data is transmitted only when required to perform a specific feature and is not continuously shared.

For Free members, AiA text conversations use NVIDIA Nemotron 3 Ultra Free. NVIDIA states that it may log or record session inputs and outputs for security and use them to improve NVIDIA products and services. Free AiA does not accept images.

Plus and Pro AiA image inputs, and Hven's other AI routes, are requested with OpenRouter's no-data-collection setting where available. Provider eligibility and handling are governed by OpenRouter's and the selected provider's terms.

You agree not to submit confidential information, another person's private information, or content you do not want processed under the applicable provider terms. You can avoid Free AiA provider processing by not using that optional feature.

By using features that rely on artificial intelligence, you acknowledge and authorize this processing as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Hven may facilitate or promote in-person events or opportunities to meet.

Participation in any event or in-person meeting is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

Hven is not responsible for venues, third-party organizers, alcohol service, transportation, or the conduct of other users or attendees.

By attending an event or participating in a date facilitated through Hven, you acknowledge and agree that your participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

Hven facilitates introductions and opportunities to connect but does not organize, supervise, control, or guarantee events, venues, dates, or the conduct of participants.

You acknowledge that in-person interactions involve inherent risks, including the risk of physical injury, emotional distress, harassment, or property damage.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Hven, its affiliates, officers, employees, and representatives from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to your participation in events, dates, or meetings.

Hven is not responsible for third-party venues, alcohol service, transportation, or the actions of other participants.

Any descriptions of features, safety tools, verification options, or user experiences provided in marketing materials, app content, notifications, or communications are for informational purposes only.

Hven does not guarantee safety, compatibility, outcomes, or user behavior, regardless of any descriptions or representations made in marketing or product communications.

You agree that you do not rely on any statements outside these Terms when deciding to use the Services or interact with other users.

Certain features require a paid membership (such as hven Plus) or other payment.

Memberships are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time in your app store’s subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are handled by the app store you purchased through, under its policies, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Hven may change pricing, features, or subscription terms with advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

The mobile app is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play, and your use of the app must also comply with the applicable store’s terms of service.

Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms, have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Services, and are not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Services or your possession and use of the app.

To the extent required by the applicable store’s terms, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

You may terminate your account at any time.

Hven may suspend or terminate access to the Services at its discretion for violations of these Terms, safety concerns, or legal compliance.

Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

Hven makes no warranties regarding compatibility, match success, uninterrupted availability, or user behavior.

Hven may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, including features in beta or pre-launch form.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hven shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Hven’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Hven in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $100 if no payment was made.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release Hven from claims, demands, losses, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to interactions with other users, including dates, meetings, or events.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hven and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your interactions with other users, or your violation of these Terms.

Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] with a written description of the dispute and give us sixty (60) days to resolve it informally.

Except where prohibited by law, disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis rather than in court — except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court.

You waive any right to participate in class actions, collective actions, or representative proceedings.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms by emailing [email protected] with your name and account email. Opting out does not affect any other provision of these Terms.

This provision survives termination of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Hven may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Force majeure: Hven is not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including outages, acts of government, labor disputes, epidemics, or failures of third-party services.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions remain in full force.

Survival: Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitations of liability, releases, indemnification, and dispute resolution — survive it.

Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; Hven may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

No waiver: A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and supplemental policies referenced here, are the entire agreement between you and Hven regarding the Services.
