Hven's Child Safety Standards

Hven has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, trafficking, or any sexual content or behavior involving minors.

Any accounts, content, or activity associated with CSAE are immediately removed from the platform and may be reported to appropriate authorities, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Hven is intended exclusively for adults.

Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the Hven Services.

We do not knowingly permit minors to access or use the platform, and accounts suspected of belonging to minors are promptly investigated and removed.

Hven provides in-app tools that allow users to report profiles, messages, media, or behavior that may violate our policies or raise safety concerns.

Reports can be submitted directly within the app, and users may also block other users at any time.

All reports are reviewed by Hven’s moderation team, and appropriate enforcement action is taken promptly.

If Hven becomes aware of content or behavior involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation, we take immediate action to remove the content and disable the associated accounts.

Where required or appropriate, Hven will report such activity to relevant law enforcement agencies or child protection authorities.

Hven complies with all applicable child safety, exploitation prevention, and reporting laws in the jurisdictions in which we operate.

This includes compliance with mandatory reporting obligations and cooperation with lawful requests from authorities.
